समं कायशिरोग्रीवं धारयन्नचलं स्थिरः।
सम्प्रेक्ष्य नासिकाग्रं स्वं दिशश्चानवलोकयन्।।६-१३।।
प्रशान्तात्मा विगतभीर्ब्रह्मचारिव्रते स्थितः।
मनः संयम्य मच्चित्तो युक्त आसीत मत्परः।।६-१४।।

सन्धि विग्रहः
समम् काय-शिरः-ग्रीवम् धारयन् अचलम् स्थिरः।
सम्प्रेक्ष्य नासिक-अग्रं स्वम् दिशः च अनवलोकयन्।।६-१३।।
प्रशान्त-आत्मा विगत-भीः ब्रह्मचारि-व्रते स्थितः।
मनः संयम्य मत्-चित्तः युक्तः आसीत मत्-परः।।६-१४।।

श्लोकार्थः
स्थिरः (भूत्वा) काय-शिरः-ग्रीवम् अचलम् समम् धारयन्
स्वम् नासिक-अग्रं सम्प्रेक्ष्य, च दिशः अनवलोकयन् प्रशान्त-आत्मा
विगत-भीः ब्रह्मचारि-व्रते स्थितः, मनः संयम्य, मत्-चित्तः मत्-परः युक्तः
आसीत।

Meaning
6.13: Holding the body, the neck and the head straight, still, and steady and not looking in all directions and looking at the tip of his own nose
6.14: With serene mind, fearless, firmly resolved in vow of celibacy, and with subdued mind, the yogi should sit concentrating his mind upon Me and holding only Me as the Supreme goal.
