रसोऽहमप्सु कौन्तेय प्रभास्मि शशिसूर्ययोः।
प्रणवः सर्ववेदेषु शब्दः खे पौरुषं नृषु।।७-८।।

रसः अहम् अप्सु कौन्तेय प्रभा अस्मि शशि-सूर्ययोः।
प्रणवः सर्व-वेदेषु शब्दः खे पौरुषम् नृषु।।७-८।।
श्लोकार्थः
हे कौन्तेय! अहम् अप्सु रसः, शशि-सूर्ययोः प्रभा,
सर्व-वेदेषु प्रणवः, खे शब्दः, नृषु पौरुषम् अस्मि।
