वह्नि-स्त्री-पथि-सेवानामादौ वर्जनमाचरेत् ॥ ६३॥
Vahnistrīpathisevānāmādau varjanamācharet
As said by Goraksa, one should keep aloof from the society of the evilminded, fire, women, travelling, early morning bath, fasting, and all kinds of bodily exertion
