खल्वाटबिल्वीयन्यायः

It takes its origin from the story that one day at noon a bald-headed man, tired of the excessive heat of the sun, took shelter under the shadow of a Bilva tree. Unfortunately for the man a ripe Bilva fruit fell down and struck him severely on the head. It is used to denote that an unfortunate man is pursued by the evil fate wherever he goes.
