न हि सुतीक्ष्णाप्यसिधारा स्वयमेवच्छेतुमाहितव्यापारभवतति न्यायः

It takes its origin from the fact that a sword, however, keen it may be, would not cut an object unless it is wielded by some body. It denotes that mere possession of a good thing produces no good, but there must be some one properly qualified to make good use of it.
