चक्रभ्रमणन्यायः
It takes its origin from the fact that a wheel will continue to be in motion, so long as the force which imparted motion to it remains unspent. It is used to denote that all kinds of movement, whether social, religious, or political, remain in active state, so long as the prime movers can keep up their energy.
