भूदेवब्राह्मणन्यायः
It takes its origin from a king being loved and honoured by his subjects, whereas a Brahmin, the seer of truth and the knower of Brahman, is Bhudeva or king of the whole earth, loved and honoured as he is everywhere. It is used to denote the importance of knowledge.
