तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर।
असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरुषः।।२-१९।।
सन्धि विग्रहः
तस्मात् असक्तः सततम् कार्यम् कर्म समाचर।
असक्तः हि आचरन् कर्म परम् आप्नोति पूरुषः।।३-१९।।
श्लोकार्थः
तस्मात् (त्वं) असक्तः (सन्) सततम् कार्यम् कर्म समाचर,
हि पूरुषः असक्तः (सन्) कर्म आचरन्, परम् आप्नोति।

Meaning
3.19: Therefore, do your work that has to be done with proficiency, always without attachment; man who performs action without attachment to fruit attains the Supreme (Param).
